Cab Fresh Filter Company ("Cab Fresh," "we," "us," or "our") manufactures and sells patented cabin air filters, replacement elements, and related truck cab accessories. We are located at 17047 Bethel Ave., Glenwood, MO 63541.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of our website and to any order you place through it.

By browsing this website, creating an order, or submitting a form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

We sell cabin air filters and related products for commercial trucks and heavy-duty pickups. Product descriptions, fitment notes, images, and specifications are provided for convenience. You are responsible for confirming that a product fits your vehicle before ordering.

We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors at any time. If an error affects an order you already placed, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.

When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices shown. We may accept or decline an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, inventory limits, or shipping restrictions.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

An order is not complete until you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, product weight, and carrier availability. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at 800-457-3739 or cabfreshfilters@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Cab Fresh products are backed by our guarantee. Product warranty and replacement details are described on our Warranty page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless required by applicable law, opened or installed products may not be eligible for return except where covered by our warranty or where the product is defective or not as described.

Dealer pricing, stocking programs, and wholesale terms are handled separately from online retail checkout. Information submitted through dealer inquiry forms does not create a dealer account or binding wholesale agreement until confirmed in writing by Cab Fresh.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with site security, payment systems, or infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content except as allowed by law or with our written permission
